Buyreservations.com can only guarantee two one way transfers per person regardless of destination (i.e. airport or cruise port), unless otherwise specified at the time of booking. All incidentals must be paid directly by the client to the hotel including, but not limited to, other transfer destinations, meals, in-room entertainment, etc... are approximate and are quoted as such. Buyreservations.com is not liable for any charges for incidentals incurred during the client's stay, nor is buyreservations.com responsible for any terms and conditions of third party shuttle companies contracted by the guest or the hotel. The duration of free parking and transfer times vary by hotel. All rooms offered are "run of the house". Client's specific requests may be submitted but are not guaranteed. All hotel details listed on this website with the exception of the hotel nightly price and free parking are not guaranteed and are subject to change without notice. BuyReservations.com attempts to keep all of the information listed accurate and up to date for your convenience. Hotel accommodations, once confirmed, are guaranteed for late arrival. Notification of the status of reservation submitted Mon - Thu will be communicated via email or telephone within 1 business day; reservations submitted Fri - Sun will have a response no later than the following Tuesday. If you have not been contacted as shown here, please contact BuyReservations.com. Payment: Prices are subject to change without notice. The card holder authorizes AHR Enterprises' supplier to charge their card immediately for the "total cost" of the package once their room has been secured. The total cost includes the gross room rate, plus our supplier's tax recovery charges and service fees, and does not include any fees that may be charged by the card holder's bank for foreign transactions. All transactions are processed in US Dollars (USD). Credit cards issued by non US banks are subject to the currency exchange rate currently in effect at the time the card is actually charged. Payment will constitute a Deposit to be held by BuyReservations.com's suppliers and will be used in part to satisfy the Package costs incurred by cardholder at the time of travel. Deposits are fully refundable to the cardholder prior to travel subject to the Cancellation policy set forth below. BuyReservations.com's suppliers will hold deposit in a segregated account in part to satisfy the package costs incurred by Client/cardholder at the time of travel. Out of the deposit, the supplier/s will pay the room rate as quoted, including tax recovery charges and service fees but payment does not include any fees that may be charged by the Client/cardholder's bank for foreign transactions, or any incidental charges which must be paid directly by the cardholder to the hotel including, but not limited to, other transfer destinations, meals, in-room entertainment. Client/cardholder acknowledges that BuyReservation or their suppliers is not liable for any charges for incidentals incurred during the Client/cardholders stay, nor is it responsible for any terms and conditions of third party shuttle companies contracted by the cardholder or the hotel. Client/cardholder acknowledges that upon expiration of the time for cancellation the reservation, the deposit becomes the sole and exclusive property of the supplier/s and is no longer refundable. Cancellation: It is the responsibility of the client to cancel with BuyReservations.com by telephone at: 800-PARKFLY (727-5359) no later than 4pm date of check-in or 4pm date of parking (whichever is first). In the event that BuyReservations.com is closed, a cancellation number must be obtained from the hotel and reported to BuyReservations.com within 10 business days. Cancellations by email will not be accepted. Under no circumstances will a refund of the deposit be issued to clients reserved to park prior to their stay unless the reservation has been cancelled by 4pm on the parking date submitted on this form. No refund of the deposit or adjustment will be made for services not used. Parking: Our program allows for the maximum duration of free parking quoted on our site for each hotel. Parking beyond the quoted time frame is not permitted unless BuyReservations.com indicates an additional daily charge on our site, or an arrangement has been made directly between the client and the hotel for the additional parking. Failure to comply may result in towing of the vehicle. Liability: Any arrangements made by the client directly with the hotel are strictly between the client and the hotel and are not guaranteed in any way by BuyReservations.com. Our supplier has contracted with the hotels we offer to provide the services above. Reasonable steps have been followed to ensure that proper arrangements have been made. Both our company and our supplier accept no liability for any actions or omissions of these hotels for which we have no direct control. BuyReservations.com and our supplier shall not be held liable for delays in transfer service or hotel departure. In the unusual event that after confirming a reservation BuyReservations.com is unable to supply a room at the hotel confirmed, we will attempt to offer comparable services. If the client finds the revised arrangements unacceptable, BuyReservations.com will promptly initiate a full refund. NO RESPONSIBILITY IS ASSUMED FOR PERSONAL INJURY SUSTAINED, LOSS OR DAMAGE TO VEHICLES OR OTHER PERSONAL PROPERTY.
