Baltimore Cruise Port Hotels with Parking (BWI)

Hotel stay was nice. Only visited the lobby & our room for the one night. The room was clean & comfortable. The shuttle service to and from the airport was good. On our return we were instructed by front desk person (and no do not have name :-( , once we get our luggage to call hotel. After 4 attempts finally able to speak to someone at the front desk for return shuttle. It was so much confusion on where to go. The front desk person kept saying go to the location and call back. We didn't have a location, just as was instructed at start of trip to call after we got our luggage, which is exactly what we did. FINALLY, person said to go to a location numbered area, which turned out not to be correct. We ended up going BACK to a location near the exit door where we first got our luggage. BETTER communication needs to be made from the front desk on location shuttle pickup. No fault on the shuttle driver it was all the front desk person.

Check in was great. We stayed before our flight, however upon returning for our arrival stay they overbooked and the shuttle was out of service. When I called for pickup they explained the issue and sent us a Lyft to pick us up and gave me a voucher to "walkover" to the Holiday Inn Express next door. It wasn't too much of an inconvenience for me (not my husband) and the Holiday Inn room was exactly a suite and a full free breakfast included, so it worked out.

Staff is wonderful. Hotel is great. Transportation to and return from airport was perfect.
