Love the staff always friendly no matter what time it is and if they are busy. Stayed there a few times and so the park and fly. Only thing it does take awhile for shuttle pick up at airport back to hotel. From hotel to airport great

Excellent place to park and fly. Easy to get to/from the highway and Logan. Great staff and smooth drop-off and pick-up. Building is very tired, but they seem to be working on that. Buyreservations.com makes it all easy.

Staff was great and close to food and drink; park and fly was also great and no delays for the shuttle.

First time ever, our reservation didn't show in their computer. Wrong dates, all was corrected, all good. Great staff always!

This was our second time using buy reservations and staying at the Four Points. Another great experience! The beds are the most comfortable beds, feels like your sleeping on a cloud! I only wish we could have had the breakfast this last time, we had a very early flight. The shuttle driver I didn't catch his name was fantastic and on time! Great job, will definitely use this hotel again.

Quick shuttle to and from the airport with minimal wait time. The hotel staff was friendly and helpful.

Our stay was great but unfortunately our vehicle was broken into with the rear window being totally smashed. The hotel was very good about calling the police and notifying us while we were on vacation. The hotel manager has followed up with us and they are having more cameras installed in the parking lot areas. Buy Reservations also reached out to me and will be crediting us for one nights stay on the return of the trip. However, that has not happened yet, but hopefully it will be pending. Four Points Sheraton has been great though and we will be staying with them again. Cecile, the lady that does the breakfast buffet heard about our predicament and she was very gracious. The housekeeping lady also went above and beyond, to help clean out the glass so we could get our luggage into the car. We appreciate the good people that work there and will return.
