"This is the second time we used your website. It was easy and worked out well. The only problem was that both times the hotel (Embassy Suites in Philadelphia) gave us a room that already had guests in it. I am not sure why this happened, but we were very surprised to open the room we were given keys to only to find other guests inside. This is more a problem with the hotel, but definitely affected our overal experience."
