“I feel that I was mislead to believe that return transportation was included from the port of Miami back to the Hampton Inn where my car was parked. I also think that I was overcharged for parking on the Hampton lot. I am an HHonors member and even did not get points because I thought I was saving money with Buyreservations. I have another reservation for July in Orlando and I am going to check with Hilton to see if they will offer a better deal by dealing direct with the Hotel.”

“If you stay at the Clarion, request a room facing west. Noise from jets taking off made it a little difficult to fall asleep. The Clarion shuttle driver dropped us off in front of the hotel instead of near where my car was parked. A little disconcerting if it had been raining.”
