"Buy Reservations does a great job, but the AmericInn in Invergrove heights was undesirable. We had stayed there other times through Buy Reservations and this time they gave us the handicapped room that was butted up to the wall where the elevator was. You could hear the elevator go up and down non stop until after midnight. When I asked to be moved to another room, they said they were overbooked and that is all they had. This was not true as they were still checking others in after we had checked in. The staff was not helpful nor did they care."
