"We will not actually use the reservation until October. The proof in the value will be if the room, seats on the shuttle to the airport, and the parking reservation are all honored when we arrive. I am worried that the room and parking will be there but, because of the late check in, I fear the shuttle will be full and we will not have transportation to the airport."

Finally requested different room and was granted; only after calls and finally an in-person conversation. I have used BuyReservations several times and never an issue with booking or the motel; unfortunately, motel lost a customer."
