"The hotel we stayed at, Hampton Suites, was supposed to be 2 room king suite. It was considered a king suite because it had a couch in the one room but the couch was useless if you wanted to watch TV from it because it was on the same wall as the TV. Not smart. Other than that, it was good."

However, sometimes your prices are better, therefore, I put up with your out of date confirmation procedure.Additonally, my reservation with you was for a king bed and your staff sent in an order for a queen and didn't tell me...I learned this upon arrival."
