"the website is not up to date with availability. thought that i had booked a great hotel, only to find out that it was not available the next day through an email. customer service said the booking would be instant online, but i was again given a reservation request, not a confirmation. too much down time in between my requests. could have made a reservation in stone by now on other sites. rates are good, however."

"I always try to reserve with other services first because your technology doesn't give me immediate confirmation. Very aggrevating. However, sometimes your prices are better, therefore, I put up with your out of date confirmation procedure.Additonally, my reservation with you was for a king bed and your staff sent in an order for a queen and didn't tell me...I learned this upon arrival."
