"Everything was good. The only thing I ran into was when entering my booking dates it gave me an error. Because we are checking in at 3AM, it is actually considered the day before we are leaving since the check in policy is 3pm. So that was confusing since the note says to enter the dates you are staying at the hotel. However, I called the Help number and helped me resolve the issue quickly. Hopefully it will not be a problem at check in time."
