“I feel the way you list your prices is deceptive. You list the price at $111 then tack on $30 in taxes and fees. Other sites have much lower taxes and fees for the same price hotels. Clearly this is how you 'hide' your mark up. Please be up front and clear in the listing what you really charge. It leaves a very bad taste in my mouth about your business and inclines me to steer clear next time.”

“It's a little confusing when it comes to the date we want to pick up our car. If we are spending the night we return, do we put the date we return or the date we check out. I'm sure it's not a big deal, but I like to make sure everything is perfect. No surprises to screw up a nice vacation.”
