"Easy to view. The only down side is that you do not get an immediate confirmation of availability. We found out the next day that the requested place was not available. I then called and received help with finding an alternative hotel that was available, then had to submit the request online. So a little tricky if you are on a tight timetable. But staff very nice and helpful on the phone when I needed it."

"The web site is easy to use....and accurately represented all the services with out any add'l charges...The Hyatt Hotel borders on I95 and therefore you get 24 hrs of hwy noise...would chose another hotel location next time. However, the hotel staff is top notch , so that's a plus...parking for 10 days was perfect/car was safe...Hotel close to restaurants and other stores/CVS ect."
