“Worked great... got a price from you at the Mpls Airport Marriott Hotel (north end of parking lot of the Mall of America) that was $50 less than calling them directly... the shuttle service was prompt on drop off and pick up....they were professionals..... and the Marriott did not charge me extra for the 4 days over the 10 day limit. Only problem is that I see you do not list the Airport Marriott any more? Did you loose the contract?”

It is important that I get the shuttle at 4:30 as I was talking to Hilton res and was told they could leave at 4:30 but when I spoke to hotel they said 5:00 was earliest. But res said they would manage that so I need you to get me that 4:30 shuttle. I noticed other hotel shuttles started at 4:30”

“Hotel was fine, staff were friendly all was well until we needed transport back to the hotel from the airport. Called the hotel, was put on hold for 5 min. before being disconnected. Took three more tries to call hotel before I was finally able to connect (suspect switch board problems). After connecting and requesting transportation it was 40 min. and three phone calls until we were picked up. All told it took an hour from the time I first called until we were picked up at the airport.I suspect the problem stemmed from the phone system and communication problems within the staff, I do not think the van driver was at fault.”
