"I've stayed at the Atlanta Courtyard Airport South many time before, booking thru your website, for trips that went from Sat. to Sat., Tues. to Tues., etc. I've never before had a problem with leaving my car too many nights. This time, your website wouldn't even accept my request for this hotel. Your rep advised me to call the hotel directly, which I did, and they said I would have to pay an additional $10 for the "extra" night of parking, but their rate was much higher than yours. I requested another hotel instead, and hope to get confirmation from you soon."

"Friendly staff at Orlando Hilton Garden. No problem with room and parking for 10 days. My flight was cancelled and I arrived on the 11th day but they did not charge for the 11th day. Shuttle prompt to and from airport."
