“Everything was good. The only thing I ran into was when entering my booking dates it gave me an error. Because we are checking in at 3AM, it is actually considered the day before we are leaving since the check in policy is 3pm. So that was confusing since the note says to enter the dates you are staying at the hotel. However, I called the Help number and helped me resolve the issue quickly. Hopefully it will not be a problem at check in time.”

“Didn't like not getting a reservation confirmation right away. "Your submission will be reviewed by one of our reservation specialists". Do that mean it might not go through? “Because we had an early morning flight, I wanted a room near the airport. I also wanted parking for the duration of my trip, which was 10 days. I went to buyreservations website and found a number of possibilities at reasonable prices. I had no issues. The hotel was good, the reservation was as advertised, the airport shuttle was available and on time both ways. My experience with buyreservations was positive and I would use them again.”
