“I found this year more difficult than last year with more restrictions from hotels not allowing the parking to be prior to the hotel stay with the overnight in the hotel at the end of the trip instead. This doesn't seem to make much sense and i was unable to get as good a deal this year.”

“Have used your service many times and have always been pleased, but I do notice that the hotels are getting more picky about maximum parking time. Also don't understand why this property doesn't allow guests to stay at the end of their trip; that is what we usually do, especially for European trips where the flight home typically lands in the late afternoon, which is five to six hours later on passengers' biological clocks. In contrast, the outbound flight usually takes off in the evening so there is really no need to stay in a hotel before that flight.”
