"Our room was clean and comfortable. The only problem is that after our return I noticed that the hotel has also billed us for the room which we prepaid thru buyreservations.com. I called Days Hotel in Allentown, Pa and they have told me that it was an error and I would receive credit in 7 to 10 days. This same thing happened a few years ago at the same hotel."

"I called buyrespervations contact number for information on parking. Their representative was so nice and helpful that it made it a pleasure to work with them. I had called 3 hotels before I used this website and was put on hold for 10 minutes or talked to brusquely. So it was great to get someone nice and low key."

"Very easy. Had a variety of hotels to choose from. Worked perfectly for us to park our car, take a 2week vacation(2weeks FREE parking at hotel), return after +11hr flight, picked up by hotel shuttle, quick ride to hotel, check in for a night, hotel had restaurant so we had dinner. Slept like rocks not hearing any planes but within 2 mi of O'Hare and could see them landing! We'll use this again!"
