“The verbage about whether the customer wants the room at the beginning or the end date is unclear. You should state "Do you want the room at the beginning date or the end date"---not "Would you like this hotel room ONLY at the end of your trip (Prior Parking)?" Other than that, the site was easy to use.”

“I find this very confusing. I received a rate of $149 for park and fly and so booked it for tomorrow using my Priceline Visa. Then I received an email stating that if I made a reservation 'request' after friday, then I would not hear from your business until Monday, which is my actual date of departure....don't understand this. Did I book a room, or did I not book a room when I used my credit card?”
