“While the purchasing process was smooth, the hotel itself was undergoing renovations and management changes. They couldn't find my reservation, creating unnecessary delays in getting to our flight. They ended up charging me for our prepaid reservation and while agreeing to refunding me, were unable to actually do it so I had to go through my credit card company. However, I'd still book with Buyreservations again but not if it was this specific hotel.”

I live several hours from the airport and there’s no other way to travel other than coming in the night before getting a good nights rest and getting a nice shuttle to the airport in the morning, knowing that my car is parked and all I have to do is get a shuttle when I get back and I can jump in my car and go. It’s absolutely absolutely the best way to travel out of Orlando for me.”
