“While the purchasing process was smooth, the hotel itself was undergoing renovations and management changes. They couldn't find my reservation, creating unnecessary delays in getting to our flight. They ended up charging me for our prepaid reservation and while agreeing to refunding me, were unable to actually do it so I had to go through my credit card company. However, I'd still book with Buyreservations again but not if it was this specific hotel.”

“Use you every time and works well. Have been using buy reservations when we need to stay at a hotel by bwi airport because of a very early morning flight. We can then leave our car while we are away and the hotel shuttle to go to and from the Airport terminal..It has been a great help to us and gives us peace of mind when traveling by air.”
